Rubbish food stir fry

This is a delicious meal made with greens from good and fugly.

Heat 5 tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok, then add about 5 cups of greens (I used bok choy, green beans and cabbage). Meanwhile mix 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons sesame oil and a tablespoon sugar with about 4cm finely chipped garlic and 2 cloves finely chopped garlic. Tip into the vegetables and then cook for about 5 minutes.
