Combine 75g starter with 375ml water at 35-40 degrees celcius and 500g bread flour and 10g salt. Pour into rectangular baking tray. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons olive oil and decorate with pitted olives. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
