Chopped lettuce with radish and orange
Wash a whole cos lettuce then slice into 2cm thick slices. Slice a bunch of radishes thinly, then peel and slice 2 oranges. Place in bowl. Mix together 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, 1 and a 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar and 5 tablespoons olive oil. Pour over salad.
