Roughly chop 8 sausages and add to a large pot and cook in their fat until browned a bit. Add 1 sliced onion and 3 cloves garlic finely chopped, 1 carrot chopped and 1 stick celery chopped. Sweat in the pot for about 5 minutes. Then add 150g Arborio rice, a tin of tomatoes and a tin of tomato paste and a litre of stock along with a tin of rinsed cannelloni beans and 350g rice. Bring to boil then simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add a bunch of roughly chopped Ruby chard (or any greens) and cook for 3 minutes.
