No waste chocolate zucchini cake

Perfect for using up sad looking zucchinis.

Beat 120g unsalted butter with 135ml sunflower oil, 100g caster sugar and 200g brown sugar. Bear in 3 eggs and 130ml milk. Sift 350g plain flower, 2 teaspoons baking power and 4 tablespoons cocoa powder and fold in. Stir in 450g grated zucchini then pour into a lined rectangular baking tray and bake at 180 degrees celcius for 40 minutes. .
