Fifteen Kilograms of Imperfect Lemons

I had oranges leftover from my good and fugly food box (https://goodandfugly.com.au)- too many to eat. I use orange juice in cooking so I juiced them and froze in 500ml quantities as that is the size I need for my favourite Sweet Potato Pudding.
